The Highland Park Winter Market is a collaboration between Spaces Therapy/Wellness and The Fig Leaf Tattoo boutique. There will be many local makers, bodyworkers, and tattoo artists offering their creations and services. Come check it out!

In honor of this community event I’ll be offering deeply discounted wellness visits, which will give you 30 minutes with an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist. We can address any issues your body is having with soft tissue work, joint mobilization, cupping, ergonomic recommendations, and/or a few targeted exercises. 

Examples of what we can work on are: 

-Neck or back pain

-Hip or pubic pain in pregnancy

-Postpartum wellness check

    -Abdominal separation check

    -Return to exercise recommendations

    -Pelvic floor health screen

-Headaches or jaw tension
